In collaboration with teams from IGBMC and INAC, researchers from our laboratory highlighted the role of frataxin in the initial step in the biosynthesis of Fe/S and show for the first time that iron-sulfur cluster are formed by the simultaneous arrival of the two elements that comprise them.
