Transient formation of a second active site cavity during Quinolinic Acid synthesis by NadA


​In collaboration with the IBS/Group Metalloprotein team we highlighted the presence of two active cavities for DHAP and IA condensation, leading to QA formation. This result explain how the two substrates could independently bind NadA in the same active site.
