See more protein by two-dimensional electrophoresis

Proteomic analysis consists of an exhaustive as possible analysis of proteins in a biological sample. Due to this wildcard character, this technique is applicable to many fields of biology, such as for disease biomarkers, varietal analysis or more basic research aimed at better understanding the living. But who says protein analysis also said that extracting these proteins from biological samples, as well as keeping them in solution during the analysis process, represents a key step in proteomic analysis. We are working for several years on these methodological development aspects to improve the performance of proteomic analysis.
