Photoelectrolysis of Water for Solar Hydrogen production

Jeudi 30 mai 2024 à 14:00, Online and onsite at ENGIE LAB CRIGEN (D-Lab), Paris
Publié le 30 mai 2024
Join us for an exciting workshop on the cutting-edge field of solar fuels! ENGIE Research & Innovation (R&I) and CEA in collaboration with CNRS and Université Grenoble Alpes are proud to present the work carried out this last year within the industrial fellowship, PROSPER-H2, dedicated to advancing solar fuels technology and co-funded by the French ANR.

🔍 What is PROSPER-H2?
PROSPER-H2 aims to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon future by exploring innovative solutions for solar hydrogen production. As part of ENGIE's Net Zero Carbon strategy for 2045, this program addresses scientific, technological, economic, and social challenges related to emerging solar fuel technologies.

🚀 Workshop Highlights:
Learn about the fellowship objectives and how they tackle fundamental, technical and economic hurdles toward green hydrogen production
· Learn about water photoelectrolysis state of the art and discover how solar energy can be directly captured and stored as molecules
· Find about the design of the prototypes for decentralized solar hydrogen production
· Explore with us our first results!
